Sanlam is an investment management firm who wanted to lead a unique advertising campaign in the height of the recession. Sanlam were looking for locations that were highly impactful and could be utilized in a creative and unique manner.
Sanlam wanted to illustrate that as an investment company, they knew what they were doing during the recession and didn’t panic when so many companies were suffering. They developed a building of 750 sqm2 building wraps with the creative
appearing as if the building was on fire with the words, “It’s hard not to panic” sprawled across the “burning building.”
The end result was a standout example of simple and effective creative use of outdoor advertising.
